How can I find out if a particular doctor has financial ties to a drug or device company?

Is there a way for Americans to research the financial ties between doctors, drug makers and medical device companies? How can patients find out if a doctor is being paid by a certain drug company or receiving perks like free meals and vacations accompanied by lectures? Any insider information from people who work in medicine would be greatly appreciated.

nope thats how they make money and stop scandals. but ill give you some insider info.
once a doctor is certified and takes the hippocratic oath along with all the others, it is stated in writing that ONLY drugs approved by the FDA may be used for treatment, otherwise it would be illegal to say, prescribe organic drugs.
you cant ifnd out unless youre an insider and then expose yourself. then youd be taking on the FDA and all doctors. its really hard to do which is why anonymity can be used to great advantage in todays society
bottom line, any doctor in any state or government certified hospital is given incentives by the FDA to sell and promote their drugs. Aspirin kills over 100,000 people a year due to taking the recommended dose. but you only hear about the short term patients who use the drugs and that have seen the benefits but unexpectedly died of a heart attack from “natural causes” 6 months later.
or a doctor says take these anti depressants and more people commit suicides. ( suicides have gone up 30% per every person prescribed with anti-depressants compared to normal depression patients).
