Have you ever used height increasing in-soles or any other device?

I have heard a lot of negative comments about YOCO/KIMI/YOKO height increasing devices which are soles you keep under your shoes while walking or mild work-out. I haven’t gotten any answers from people claiming that they have actually used the device. So please lemme know, if you have encountered difficulties or no change by using any height increasing device or medicine. BTW I am 5’2” and 19 years old..and pretty desperate to grow tall. Please lemme know if I can still grow taller through exercises, diet or medication. Thanks
